"Kate and I discovered Charlotte through 'The Wedding Wire’. We were instantly drawn to her work due to its simplicity and elegance. Her photos not only captured our personalities, but also told a story. Each time we revisit our photos, we're transported back to those special moments. Charlotte's skill is incredible and precise, making her the perfect choice for our photography needs. She is also an incredibly fun and kind photographer, making our sessions with her a joy filled experience. If you're seeking the best, look no further, for Charlotte is truly exceptional."

FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
You bet I do!! And depending on where you are tying the knot, I may have a special deal just for you!
What does the payment schedule look like?
For weddings + events, I require a 30% retainer to secure your date along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the wedding day. I know times can be tough and this is a big investment, so I am more than happy to work out a payment plan if you need it!
Do you travel outside of the Bay of Quinte/ Prince Edward County?
Yes! :)
Travel fees may need be added (gas is unfortunately not free... or cheap) but I am SO happy to hit the open road (or sky or water!) and capture your story wherever you want it to be captured, in Ontario and beyond!
What kind of gear do you use?
I am a Canon user and have three cameras (a little overkill but also prepared for the worst) ! My main camera is the Canon R5 which typically has my Sigma 35mm f1.4 lens or my Sigma 85mm f1.4 lens attached to it. I also bring along my Canon 6D Mark ii as a backup to sessions and weddings which houses my 70-200 f2.8 so I can stand back and let you have your moment while also capturing any sweet moment that may be happening! And finally I have my ol' faithful Canon 6D as my third backup. You can never be too prepared when it comes to gear!
Can I extend the session on the day of?
YES! Well, as long as it does not run into someone else's session then you absolutely can! Additional fees will be added and are required to be paid before leaving the session.
Can we have the RAW files?
Simple answer, no.
RAW files are unfinished and do not represent my work. Many users cannot even access them properly until I have done the editing process. I always try to include as many images as I possibly can - even the ones that may not have come out "perfect". If I think you will want the image, it is making it's way into your gallery!
How long is the editing process?
Weddings can take approximately 10-12 weeks from the wedding date depending on the time of year your wedding takes place. Lifestyle sessions can take 2-3 weeks depending on how busy I am during that time. But! For weddings I will send sneak peeks within a week of the wedding day - I am just as excited as you are about your photos! :)
Will there be a second shooter?
Not that I don't work well with others (I like a team environment) but I actually prefer working alone in this setting. This is why I do not like to take on weddings any bigger than 100 people (with some exceptions).
Have other questions?
Never be afraid to ask me any other questions you may have or need clarity on something mentioned above!
No question is dumb.
I am always happy to answer to the best of my ability :)
