Weddings
I am a small wedding or elopement kind of gal - I photograph intimate weddings and elopements because the less people, typically, the less stress. The smaller the wedding also allows my focus to be on the couple and every special moment that happens on their big day.
As a photographer, I am not aiming for perfection - I am aiming to capture you as you are! I want to showcase my couples as they are in real life just with their spiffiest clothes on. So, if that means you two are goofballs and love to joke around then be little jokesters and make each other laugh; or maybe you prefer to be barefoot? Then you go and show off those little piggies! Have a favourite song that you want to play for your first dance that isn’t necessarily slow or romantic? Who cares! Jam out, my friends!
Smaller weddings allow couples more freedom to do what they wish and take away some stress from the bigger and more traditional weddings.
I will be there to guide you with poses that will flow and help you whenever you need me. I know a lot of photographers say this, and that’s because it’s true, but you are not just hiring a photographer to capture your wedding, you are gaining a friend who will bring your soon-to-be husband a surprise package that actually contains a Smirnoff Ice (yes, a bride iced her groom before their ceremony and it was fantastic!); a friend who will keep you calm and tell you that once you walk down the aisle to the love of your life and you grab their hand, those wedding jitters and all the stress you feel will disappear and the rest of the day will be a breeze!
No matter what you need… cue the Friend’s theme song… I’ll be there for youuuuu!
