Meaghan and Kobe's cozy little home along Peggy's Cove Road was the perfect location for their engagement session!
Being in a spot that they felt comfortable and knew well made it a great location to ease into having their photos taken and to also be able to include their sweet pup, Ruby! Their house was warm and welcoming with the sounds of Mr. Elvis Presley playing from the record player (Can't Help Falling In Love is going to be their first dance song - a fave of mine!) and the yummy scent of homemade pizza filling each room.
This was my first in-home engagement session and I have to say, I loved it! It was the perfect location for these two who love their dog, their home, and making homemade pizza! We also went down their little lane with Kobe's vintage Jeep to take some shots outside before the rain came (we even had a couple of deer visitors - I wasn't quick enough to get their photo though, haha!).
I really enjoyed this session and I felt like it was such a great way to get to know Meaghan and Kobe more (as well as getting to know Ruby whom I am absolutely obsessed with now!). They opened up, we shared laughs and bottles of Coke Cola, and they even sent me home with a slice of the pizza that they made for my drive home!
10/10 would recommend in-home engagement or family or any type of session in-home haha!
