Home is where the heart is <3
And that statement is so true for Mallorie and Gareth!
If you remember, I shared Mallorie and Gareth's outdoor Fall family session and even before meeting at that session, Mallorie had booked me for an at-home family session! This way, they were able to have their sweet and wiggly pup, Sadie, in a few of the family photos (where are all my hyper dog owners at? haha!).
What is also great about at-home sessions is that, even though you will be "posing" somewhat, these are the more natural photos you can take because you would be doing these things at home at some point anyway!
And a reason why I think that every family should do an at home session at least once:
Everyone can be in the photos!
This is such an overlooked thing and why, though it is a luxury expense (not really a need but a want), booking a photographer to come to your home and capture some sweet memories of all the family members together instead of having one member miss out on being in the photo is so important! No one needs to worry about pulling out their phone or camera quick as something cute or exciting is happening and possibly miss it. This way, families can live somewhat in the moment and receive some special memories with their loved ones where they spend most of their time making memories on the daily!
Mallorie, Gareth, Ada and silly Sadie are such a beautiful and sweet family that I am so grateful to have met!
