My favourite thing about photography is the connections you make!
I met Lauren (and Derrek) at her best friend Melissa's wedding back in 2022 in Southern Ontario! That whole wedding was full of the kindest and silliest people I have ever met and she definitely one of the stand outs for me (in the best way!). So, when she reached out to ask about doing a session during her and Derrek's visit to Nova Scotia before our move, I could not have been more excited to catch up and have a silly time with them in one of my favourite places in the world!
Lauren and Derrek's chemistry was "through the charts" as they say and this will go down as one of my all-time favourite sessions ever!
I had the best time and left this session just feeling so unbelievably grateful for this job and the connections that I have made. And to have shared my home province with people who I have met in other parts of the country means SO much to me! Nova Scotia will always be my home and I want everyone I know to experience the wonder and beauty it holds!
I am definitely feeling some homesickness looking through these... I may need to pack up the car soon and make a trip out and capture some more memories very soon ;)
