The (my) number one elopement location in Nova Scotia!
Page and Riley's micro wedding at The Greenhouse on Strawberry Lane was one of my FAVES from my 2024 wedding season!
Not only is the location my TOP favourite location (I grew up about 15 minutes from the greenhouse in the valley) but we had the BEST weather day and ALL of the flowers were showing off their beauty!
I love micro weddings/ elopements like this because it is just enough!
You get some before, all of the nitty gritty and love in the middle, and some bit and bobs throughout and then you're done! The couple get to focus on spending time with each other and their loved ones and don't have to worry about photos. These size weddings always feel more free, relaxed and fun (not that I don't love the bigger weddings I have shot!). There was not a moment of stress for time, no one was hard to find for photos, and there was no second of panic. Just a cool, calm and collected day! It was so calm that Page told her dad to go sit down since the ceremony was about to start completely forgetting that her dad was walking her down the isle, haha!
So, if you are looking for a low-key but GORGEOUS, STUNNING, MAGICAL place to start your next chapter with your forever best friend, I think The Greenhouse on Strawberry Lane is the place!
